Getting Constant Error Message after every print
After every print, whether successful or not, I'm presented with an error message that I must clear manually before I can do anything else. The error is:
"Printer has detected multiple consecutive filament loading errors. We recommend checking Nextruder main-plate. Visit prusa.io/mmu-care". I get this error whether the Filament Sensor is enabled or the MMU is enabled or attached. I get it on successful prints that never jammed or had filament problems, I get it when I stop a print mid-print. I've powered off for weeks and disconnected the MMU and still get this error. It's patently false and blocks my attempts to remotely manage my printer since I have to clear the error manually at the printer before I can continue any operation.
I've finally got the machine in a state where it's consistently working (except for this error). Yes, my MMU is having issues, but I'll solve them later. Mean-time, how do I get back to regular operation without doing a Factory Reset again?
Thanks,
-Scott
RE: Getting Constant Error Message after every print
After asking technical support, the option to remove the annoying message was found: Hardware -> Nextruder maintenance. This tells the printer that everything has been checked, or defective parts have been replaced, and the notification is no longer needed.
RE: Getting Constant Error Message after every print
Thank you. Error Cleared.
I had disabled my MMU so did not see 'Nextruder Maintenance' listed. Should probably be there as long as that warning is there... Maybe this should be a bug?
