RE: "Filament stuck" errors every 15 seconds.
I've been printing several objects with different kind of filaments with the HF nozzle without major problems, but yesterday I wanted to print a large part with standard PLA and got the filament stuck error almost from the beginning. Extruding a cleaning filament, reslicing the part or increasing print temperature did not work, but lowering print speed did solve the problem at once. I only tried 80% speed and the 4 hour job went fantastic. I might try higher speeds in the future to learn which might be the limit, as lowering the speed that match makes the print take longer time than using a normal nozzle 😞 . Hope this helps!

Which profile are you using? e.g. speed, structure, etc. How did you set the speed to 80%?

Did the outside conditions changed anyhow? Maybe with checking how clean is the extruder wheel and vicinity.

Fixed! I've had this same problem for a long time. I've been printing several bins of various sizes for storing hardware. All units were same height, but several different sized bases e.g. [all in inches] 2x3, 3x3, 4x4, 4x6 etc. Most of the filament stuck errors happen on the larger bins, but some on the smaller as well. I would get about 6 or 7 errors in a row and then I might be able to complete the print without too many more issues. Print quality was not good though on most prints, with the sides having flaws. On the advice of input from others on this site I did the following to my MK4S: Replaced the high flow nozzle with a regular nozzle, tightened the loose screws on the back of the extruder, and using structural profile instead of speed. I've printed three bins with these changes and all three came out flawless! Not sure which of these three things did the trick, but I'm a happy camper now!
