Filament sensor problem on TPU A95

I just upgraded from MK4 to mk4s and now is having issue with printing TP(overture 95A). I used to print with the exact same spool before the upgrade (yes filament is kept with desiccant and Is dry). I tried twice and the filament got stuck in the gear- I took out the planatary gear assembly twice to clear it out, loaded the filament again and it was fine. When I start the print, it says no filament detected - so I went ahead and took the PG assembly out again to get to the filament sensor , took it out and blast air at it, there was tiny piece of debris that came out, put back together and start the print and got the same message again, it gave me the option to stop the print or disable filament sensor and it now seems to be printing fine once i disabled the filament sensor. I have not seen this when printing PETG - has anyone else experience this and suggestion how to mitigate this without disabling filament sensor? I used filatech flex setting in prusa slicer ever since my mk4 days.? Using all stock items that comes with the Mk4 to MK4s upgrade kit including the HFT nozzle
