Filament load issue - leading to an error I can't get out of without restarting?

This has happened a number of times in the past few weeks, but generally, I am printing smaller things, so I just reset the printer and restart. As you can see, this is a much larger print so I'd rather not reset and lose all the progress. 

It appears to be an issue with reloading the filament, but the filament is correctly loaded into the print head, and there is no way to press any button to retry. The print head is successfully parked, so it's not an issue there. 

I recalibrated the whole thing last Wednesday, and it didn't see any issues with the printer. 

I have 4 hours left on this 12 hour print that is otherwise going great. I really wish there was a way to restart a print at a particular layer when things fail like this.
