Extra probes

My MK4s has started to do “extra probes “ on the sheet at starting a print. Should I be concerned? I am also seeing prints on the right side of the bed that have rough spots and some PLA sticking up and the print head hits it. First layers are fine on both sides of the print bed. This problem is not occurring on the left side.
