Crash detected while homing surprise

Hi, I upgraded my mk4 to mk4s for a couple of months and had zero problems ... until yesterday where the "banging" on the left side at the beginning of the print turned from merely annoying to "calibration failing" with a "crash detected" alert. Calibration (banging) continues until I either reset the printer or, apparently by chance, a calibration succeeds.

The screws are tight, the belts as well, I didn't change anything in the setup, any suggestion on how to go back to a successfull calibration?

Many thanks in advance!

I did solve the problem after a hint in another thread on failing calibration: the two bearings on the left of the print carriage, after this horrible abount of bumps due tot he recent FW versions, moved inward and this created the calibration issue. Loosened the bearings, reset them as per assembly instructions, all back to normal.

Did you try hitting the reset button?

Hi I was having the same issue but I found out that the issue was caused by tuning the belts via the prusa app. I tuned the belts with the app on web ( https://belt.connect.prusa3d.com/) and now it works fine.
