Cannot fix initial Z-Axis Self Test Failure

HI.  I just completed my MK3s to MK4s upgrade. Upon starting the initial calibration tests my MK4S has failed on the z axis calibration.  I hear a slight rubbing on the left upper side as the extruder moves up yet see nothing coming in contact with anything and the cables are freely moving without coming in contact with anything.  I verified the threaded rod appears to be in the center of the x-axis by backing off the trapezoid nut and verified it screwed back down into the center of the hole.  The top left and right top x-axis rod is exactly 2 2/8 from the top metal frame on each side (as it sits in a powered off state).  I validated the nozzle appears inserted appropriately leaving only approximately a 2 mm gap between the heatsink and the brass part of the nozzle according to setup instructions. I confirmed the printer is running firmware 6.2.6. All tests prior to the z-axis are passing and then it fails.   I tried going through the forum to attempt to find an answer but didn't come up with anything concrete.

After the test fails, I'm only seeing X:14.00 Y:-4.00 and Z:184.61 but nothing else of help to troubleshoot on the display.

I'm at a loss of what I can try next as the failure doesn't give me a lot to go on. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in Advance!

Slightly backing off the trapezoid nuts allowed the printer to immediately register z-axis.  Initial print seems to be working fine.
