New MK4S but same old issues

I recently invested over 700eur in the new mk4s printer having previously assembled two mk3s kits and never had to contact prusa support ever about those printers. I bought the mk4s because i was convinced by the reviews that it was a real step forward and the gateway to long term reliable printing. I assembled my mk4s and for one week everything was perfect. After the first week i had a clogged nozzle issue, i spent about 8 hours with prusa support trying to solve it but without success so they said they will send me a replacement nozzle but i have not been given any date for when i should expect this to arrive. I made the investment in the mk4s for my new business and i cannot believe my operations have been ground to a halt by a clogged nozzle on the mk4s -it seems to me the designers of the mk4s were a bit lazy and have made the printer a bit faster and better looking but have also included age old problems that should be solved by now. I am more disappointed and frustrated with my new mk4s than any other printer i have bought in the last 10 years. Very poor Josef Prusa, i am very disappointed. How do i make an official complaint?
