MK4s & MMU3 always goes to purge tower
I have a MK4S and MMU3. I created a new print that has a black base and then 4 different color splines that print on top of the base. I noticed the printer will print one layer of my object and then print one layer in the purge tower, even for the entire black base when there is no need to change the filament. Did I do something wrong in the Prusa Slicer (I did paint the 4 splines in it) or is there some setting I am not aware of to prevent this? With the size of the object, I will have almost as much filament used in the purge tower than for the actual obect

Same colour layers in the purge tower, are printed with sparse fill. to minimise waste
there is an option, not to print the layrs where there are no colour changes. 
but there are warning messages in Prusa slicer...
