MK4S Can Run Identical to MK4?
I wanted to buy another MK4, but now that model is unavailable. I bought an assembled MK4S, and am waiting for delivery. I don't care about speed. Can I run the new printer with all the same settings/configuration as the existing MK4 printer with one click of the mouse? You guys have any better ideas?

It's literally the same printer with a tweaked fan design and HF nozzle. Otherwise, settings etc are all the same - you'll just need to add the new profile in your slicer.

But it's not the same printer. Certainly not if you intend to use the HF nozzle that comes with it vs the standard nozzle that came with the Mk4. And the difference in cooling may also affect your prints. If you want to run the same gcode on multiple printers without thinking about it. I would make sure they're all the same, i.e., upgrade your Mk4 to a Mk4s.

@foxrun3d - you are absolutely correct. I was thinking backwards (asleep at the wheel). I have an MMU3 assembled and it is ready to install. I need to think through now how to get it to work with the MK4S. Thanks for your reply.
