Mk4s 0.4nozzle vs 0.6obxidan nozzle hf

What is the magic trick after installing 0.6 hf obxidan nozzle?

nothing but under extrusion, over extrusion, clogs and blobs…

seems like a never ending story, never had this problems with Prusa mini.

allmost always near perfect prints before change from std hf 0.4 to 0.6 hf obsidian.

RE: Mk4s 0.4nozzle vs 0.6obxidan nozzle hf

Which materials are you printing with ? Ive been looking at getting the Obxidian HF 0.4 Nozzle but reading all over that this nozzle is prone to clogs, seems to be an issue with filaments that is filled with particles.

And on E3D Web Site : https://e3d-online.com/products/genuine-e3d-obxidian-high-flow-prusa-nozzles?variant=41687283335227

  • Some filled materials contain particles that are close to, if not larger than, some of the smaller industry standard nozzle sizes, including up to 0.4mm. Attempting to print such materials through these nozzle sizes significantly increases the risk a jam. Please check your filament manufacturer’s datasheet for recommended minimum nozzle orifice diameter to ensure that the nozzle/hotend you choose is suitable for your use case.

Although this says up to 0.4 seems the 0.6 also has the issue then.
I guess then it begs the question which hardened nozzle should one then get ?
