Z Axis motors very hard to turn.
My Z Axis motors, on my new MK4S kit, are very hard to turn by hand. After trying all of the adjustments, I have removed them from the printer and no change. Everything else passed all the tests and printing was excellent until I printed a tall (80 mm) print which had a slight layer shift, then realigned itself. I have shut the printer down in case using it like this could cause damage. Ideas? If I need replacement motors, how would I reach PRUSA warranty service? TIA

Prusa Chat, is usually available via a 'chat' window in the bottom right hand corner of most Prusa website windows. NOTE! the chat window appears about 3 or 4 seconds after the web page loads, and the chat service is not available today, (New Years Day 2026)
