Un-dismissable nextruder main plate warning / intermittent stuck filament error - connected ?
I have what I think are two problems, but may actually come down to one...
About six weeks ago, I got the "stuck filament" error reported by others, indicating that the filament sensor on the Nextruder had failed to register that the filament had been retracted. After opening the doors, I did see a bit of mangled PETG filament, so:
1) I pulled it out gently with a plier
2) Blew compressed air to remove any remaining debris
3) Ran the gear check calibration test
This seemed to solve the problem. However, for every print I have run after that, I have seen the following warning after my print concludes:
There doesn't seem to be a way to clear this warning - I see it every time a print runs.
This would be a minor annoyance, but since that time I have had the issue with the stuck filament twice more, which makes me wonder if the warning indicates something deeper that I don't see.
My questions are:
1) Is there a way to dismiss this warning ?
2) What could be causing the filament to be stuck intermittently ? This doesn't happen with every print, but does seem to be happening with increasing frequency.

I had the same problem. IT is not enough to remove visible filament. Remove the gear box and you will see the holder for the magnet and springs. CAREFULLY remove them, noting how they fit. Then, blow out that area and re-assemble.
