I'm fairly new to 3d printers. I purchased a brand new assembled MK4S, and it just arrived. Straight out of the box I followed the guide in the manual to set it up and start the selftest. Immediately the print Fan is failing, only reading ~4740rpm each time I run the test. I cleaned out the fan, tried loosening screws, checked to make sure everything is plugged in on the Love board, unplugged and replugged the print fan, and did a factory reset of the printer. Trying all of these things yielded the same result for rpm. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
