Please need help was printing hrea then
3 cold pulls 3 full cleans adjusted belts and case cover, filament dry and works perfect on the mk4 next to it, switch back and forth. Slowed down to 75% before this was able to run at 150% perfect. Nothing changed then bam.
Should have kept my mk3s this thing has had more issues than the old creality I threw away
RE: Please need help was printing hrea then
This looks like a slipping drive gear, check it's correctly installed with the grub screw on the flat...
See step 33 on https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/2-frame-assembly_707740
and check the same step on the X axis - it's not obvious from your picture which might be slipping.
Cheerio,
RE:
Well I tried everything and I thank all the people that helped here and in FB and on the forums. Still trying here and their but I went on Amazon and got another hot end without High flow nozzle and placed it into the mk4s and now have perfect prints. No stringing, perfect fill, no under extrusion. hell some of the cleanest prints I have put down ever. I know sooner or later I will have to figure out the high flow, but to me toooooooooooo many people have toooooooooo many problems and only having 2 printers, i can't afford to be down 3 weeks and wasting my time on all the blogs and forums trying to figure out something the Prusa know is an issue. I have made hundreds of adjustment dried my filament (but it works on the other machine perfect also) learned new things on the plater and set up Nothing Nothing Nothing
Very disappointed I can over to Prusa because I was fixing and adjusting instead of printing. Got an MK3s and put 4000 hours on it. purchased the MK4 and printed very well minor adjustments to get to really good fast print. Got the kit for the Mk4s from my Mk3s and issues all the way through. if I was the only one then wow ok I get it, but there are sooooooo many out there, it just is not me. I print only in PETG and above.........
