Nothing under the build plate.

I think I’m going to reach out to Prusa Support and see if they can give me some advice.

Reaching out is a great idea, let us know what you find out. I am having similar issues with adhesion on the build plate. I narrowed it down to an extreme variation in the bed temperatures, there is a 10º disparity from the center to the outside dropping the 10º around 5 cms from the center. I increased the bed temperature to 95º for the first layer and 92 for the rest, issue resolved, albeit I feel as if I am covering up a symptom, just like taking an aspirin to bring down a fever. The fever subsides but the issue remains.

Stay safe and healthy, Phil

As soon as I contact Prusa, and described the issue I was having, the agent asked to see a picture of the problem. I sent the same picture that I have in my initial post. She immediately knew the issue. She said that you are printing a giant bridge, your going to have issues with that. I thought it was a flat print and I am not one to look at the gcode when I slice. Below is my first layer.

And this is the bridge that is my second layer.

Probably easy to see why I was having the issues that I was. It was recommended that I reorient the model and try again with supports. I asked why Prusaslicer would not detect that this area was unsupported and needed supports. She stated it was probably tough for it to detect due to it being such a tiny bit higher than the first layer. That makes perfect sense. Hopefully everyone can learn from my mistake. Printing a bridge that big is likely going to fail.

Which shows why it's always a good idea to upload a zip compressed 3mf project file here. This would have been an easy issue to spot.

It is what it is. It was a good learning experience. If nothing else, I know to look closer at my models before printing them. I just got caught up in this huge project and didn't pay close enough attention.

Trying to print again with the model standing up. At least this way, I can get all 6 of them on the build plate at one time. We will see what happens doing it this way.

Or, if you don't need that 1-layer thick lip on the two arcs, trim 0.2mm off the bottom of the objects to get the entire surface on the bed.

I’m pretty sure it’s not necessary. It is basically a bucket lid. I needed 6 pieces. So I put them up on their side and added all 6 of them to one build plate. Checked this morning and all looks good so far. Further than I got before so I am happy about that.
