Filament loading error

I have a problem with my MK4.

For some time now, I have been having problems loading new filament.

Now it doesn't work at all.

The nozzle and hot end are not clogged.

The screws that apply pressure to the filament against the gear are as specified in the instructions.

I have the impression that the filament is not being loaded properly into the hot end.

First, I load the filament until it beeps. Then the printer pulls the filament, but it basically starts clicking quickly right away.

Has anyone ever had this problem and can help me?

First clean out the debris from the extruder - lightly brushing the gear teeth and blowing out the dust should be enough.

Then do a couple of cold-pulls to remove any partial clog - and finally re-tension the extruder idler ...

You may have to apply manual pressure from above the extruder when loading for the first cold pull.

Cheerio,
