Downloaded Project from printables.com causing impact to plate.

I just finished my MK4S Kit and was anxious to get started.  I printed a couple of the included parts (spatula and keychain) without issue.  I then downloaded a file from printables.com (formfutura_demon-dragon_p1lotz.stl) and sliced it using PrusaSlicer.  The resulting gcode ended up scratching the outline of the part into my plate and ended up causing the printer to stop telling me to reload the filament.  I did notice that the 2 parts that I created from the usb stick started by checking the surface for level before starting whereas the one that I created did not.  Is there something that I need to do to get the surface leveling to be completed before running a file?

Set up your slice then save your project:  Files > Save as

Zip the resulting .3MF and post it here; it will contain both your part and your settings for us to analyse.

Cheerio.

Thank you.  I was finally able to connect with support.  They asked for the same file.  I will report back with the results.
