Why is this happening?
Hi,
I'm having first layer issues, especially when printing round shapes.

It was 3x the same print, printed separately. When starting the first line it didn't seem to stick.
Bed was cleaned with soap and water and with isopropanol.
Started calibration again, all green checks...
Tried higher temperature.
All same result.
Please help.

Have you set your live Z? Try lowering (more minus)

As that's a smooth sheet - ONLY do this with a smooth sheet and even then very rarely - you might rejuvenate the PEI by cleaning with acetone.
