Prusament ASA - Can not get a good print

Hi, I hope you have some ideas and somebody can help me out.

I am a little bit frustrated concerning ASA printing (Prusament ASA).

The main problem remains after trying out a lot: The edges start to bend and starting with the the right front corner the print starts to lift from the printer bed. I can finish the print, because the rest of the model is really sticky and stays where it should be... after the first centimeter (height) of printing all is good.

I print with standard Prusa Slicer ASA settings in the original PRUSA enclosure. So 105-110 deg bed temperature and 260 deg nozzle temp. I...

- switched the printing plate, both PEI and Satin Powder Coated. Same issue.
- pre-heated the enclosure to above 38 deg before starting the print
- used glue on both of the printing plates
- added a windshield during printing

But I get always the same result. The print itself looks nice, but the first centimeter of the print bends and lifts off from the printing plate. Do you have any hints/ideas what is going wrong?

All other material I tried so far (PLA, PETG, also different manufacturers) prints perfect, I had no issues at all.

Thanks for your help!

I'd try a large (10 mm) brim around the model, or at least mickey mouse ears in the corners.

Thanks fuchsr for your reply. I tried that and got a little bit better result. The edges are still bending up, while the brim is sticking to the bed like it should. The right front egde is also still the problem candidate... are there any other ideas why the front right edge is the worse one? It does not matter where I place the model on the bed, it is always the same behaviour.

The model I try to print is this one:

I want to use ASA, because the boxes are for outdoor use but I did not expect having such issues ;-).

Thanks for the help!
