Perimeter size not consistent
Hi. I would like to ask for your advice. My shape has a smooth surface (fillet in a bottom part arount the whole geometry). But the printer always creates a significantly larger perimeter at the top of that fillet transition, all around the shape. I know that edges might warp (older PLA), so the mass at the corner is slightly rising, but the perimeter gets larger even in areas that are firmly attached to the sheet. I also tried to print perimeters first, no change (maybe just slightly better result). Any ideas, please?
Setup:
- PLA, rise sheet temp for first layer (better adhesion), turn off fan for couple of first layers
- 0,32 mm "Structural" 0,6 HF nozzle
