Issue with infill Z axis

Hello! I'm running into issues with what seems to be the Z axis being too low when printing infill. In the image, you can clearly see the ridges or saw tooth pattern. When the printer is printing these rows it has a nasty grinding sound as the extruder skips along the part. Looking for some help in solving this. I'm using the latest Prusaslicer and my MK4 is on the latest firmware.

See ridges in infill

For the love of god, stop using grid infill. Try cubic or gyroid. They don't create "bumps" at the intersections the way grid does. My only explanation for why grid is default in Prusa's stock settings is that it's fast.

Okay thank you. I am new to printing and didn't know that was an option. Will give that a try.
