How do I get this printed, or rather, which supports and how do I remove them?

You print it on a SLA/resin printer or similar. Even then it will be challenging.
That is going to be a nightmare using fdm. The 'wires' its made up from are very thin and if you try and remove the supports its will in all likelihood end up snapping the object in places too.
It is clearly NOT designed with fdm printing in mind.
