Bed leveling issue, maybe?

I can successfully print one of my cases, still need to update the fillet for better printability, but I got greedy and tried to print 2 cases at the same time.  The result was less than stellar, the outside perimeter didn't adhere to the bed.  Could this be a leveling issue?

No, that's a dirty print sheet.  Clean it.

Cheerio,

Cleaning the bed helped initially getting all the parts to stick to the bed but it didn't take long for all of them to start warping and pulled off the bed :(.  Maybe the part design doesn't lend itself to multiple prints at once?

Is it PLA or PETG? Especially for PETG, I'm preheating the bed for few minutes. The temperature sensor is in the middle, so it might be too cold on the sides.

I'm trying to print PLA right now.  This case has been the bane of my existence, LOL.  I also have a strange artifact that is showing up around the edge, it's maddening.  Maybe I'll try that, preheat the bed prior to start the print job, thanks.
