What is this called, and how can I fix it?

I've been running my MK4 for just over a year, and the only issue I've had is occasional layers with a visible seam running through them and an occasional odd noise when the bed moves towards the rear. I decided to run a stress test with Maker's Muse's Clearance Castle, and got these results. Most of it printed perfectly - all clearances were smooth and easy to move - but there are a few layers on the gate that got way off, and the crenelations on one of the towers are a mess. What could be causing this?

Used Prusament PLA. Print settings were baseline for Prusament PLA 0.15mm Quality, with the following modifications per recommendations for the print:

  • Perimeters 3 (from 2)
  • Top Layers 5 (from 6)
  • Infill Cubic (from Grid)
  • Skirt at 3 loops

All filament settings are unchanged from default.
