V6 Adapter an redend steel nozzle leaking ??

Hi.  yesterday i tried to install the adaptor and the hardened nozzle (0,4 sold by Prusa) I did it according to the instructions. Tightened when heated etc.

But all the time, filament is oozing out somewhere after a few seconds into the print.

i have no idea what to try.

thanks for your advice.

The aluminum block expands more than the steel nozzle when heated.

Therefore, it will always leak.

No doubt there will be tricks to counteract this.

But I think the best solution is a copper heating block.
