Serious issues with printing simple objects with my MK4, HELP !

Hi everybody,

I have had in the past few days very strange issues when printing simple 3D objects. It looks like the printer looses its X/Y positions and continues printing with wrong displacement values, I don’t know how to describe it. The enclosed photos will help

I had the same issue with three different designs so far and I don’t know where it can come from. It can be reproduced however. I don't believe that the problem comes from Fusion

I would be tempted to say that it comes from PsusaSlicer or can it be the printer ???  I have to admit that it is annoying, I have been using this new ’toy » quite often since I purchased it a few months ago.

I used Fusion 2.0.19994 x86_64 [Native] Plan actif: Personnel;  macOS 14.5 (23F79) on iMacPro1,1. prusaSlicer 2.8.0 (MacOS still)

Here is what I get,

The first print  went fine, however I made some mistakes in the design with geometry. I made changes, and it won’t print after that.

A very simple part I made with Fusion360

I export it as 3mf and it looks ok under Prusaslicer

The file is sent as usual using chrome and PrusaLink, I always do this, I never touch the USB key.  The image of the parts look fine in PrusaLink

Here is a photo of the first print, and the third attempt on the right, and the second, bottom was in a mess

First and third again

I printed a second time the dgcode version three and the very same issue arises on the fourth print attempt

here is a photo of the part on the print bed.

I share with you the f3d the 3mf and the dgcode files

The files can be accessed using this link for a week, if it expires, send me a message and I'll upload the files again

I will really appreciate your help, Thanks in advance.
