Screen goes blank after boot up.
My MK4's LED screen went blank during a print but the print finished and I could still see the printer through the Firefox browser connection. I could also long press the printer button and move the Z axis. But the screen's blank. I rebooted the printer and the screen works during bootup with the normal splash screen, but then immediately goes blank, so I can't use the printer. It seems like the screen's working and this is a software issue or a motherboard problem, but I'm guessing. The printer's new, of course, and only has about 10 prints on it, so a few hours of use. I'm going to see if I can reflash the ROM using my laptop, but I wonder if anyone else has any input on this problem.

I got on the tech support chat and they had me disconnect and reseat the ribbon connector on the back of the LCD panel. Seems good now.
