Nozzle Scraping the print as it goes

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find any settings to help fix this.  But As the printer prints, eventually the top right corner starts scraping into the print really hard. It seems fine in the middle but along the edges its really bad.

Its a MK3S kit upgrade to MK4.  All tests pass fine, when I step the motors it all seems to work fine.

Not sure what part might need adjusting to fix this. I've uploaded a photo of the top layer of the print at the end. I have a video too, but I don't think it'll fit here.

Classic warping.  The part bows up at the edges causing compression on the upper layers.  Fix by sorting out your lack of bed adhesion.  Lets see the bottom of that part.

Yeah in the last pic I can see a line that crosses the extrusions near the 2 left 'arms' .  That's why the tops of those 2 look a lot better than the others.  If you tilt the part so it catches the light on that bottom surface you should see it better.  Basically those 2 arms have stuck down fine but the rest of the have slightly curved up,  Either away from the bed or they have lifted the bed away from the magnets if it was still stuck to the sheet in those areas.  Placing a steel rule across should also show a non flat bottom.

You still have a bit of gap between the extrusions so you could go a tiny bit lower on the live z but Id be checking the bed is completely clean  and free from all greases, like finger prints.  IPA has a tendency to thin and spread finger oils around rather than remove them (unless you use LOTS).

Anything you can do when you are printing geometry that is high risk of warping like that pictured on your model will help.  Are you using an enclosure ?

No enclosure. That’s good to know. The piece definitely comes off very easily when it’s finished. I wash the sheet with ipa every time so it should be free. Maybe adding a brim might help?

I’ll double check my screws too to make sure it’s not loose at the base.

Do you think glue might help?

IPA doesn’t really remove finger oils. It puts them into solution and dilutes them. It’s why you see so many suggestions about cleaning the print sheet in the sink with very hot water and a plain detergent. Detergents work to remove the grease/oils. Ten once clean avoid touching the sheet with bare fingers.  That way you only need the occasional wipe with IPA and a deep clean at the sink every couple of weeks (depending on how much you print and how scrupulous you are in not touching it).
