Hi, i think i have 3 problems

rough surface

strings

supports sticking

i changed a couple settings for the support, i think everything else is defaults. i have one of those silicone socks on the printer, printer hasn't been used much.

It's a good idea since you are new to 3D printing is not to change any of the settings, use the preset settings that Pusa has developed all you need to do is add the supports what I usually use is "for support enforcement only". In a support tab use auto paint then slice see if it comes out any better you don't want to get into the weeds and start messing with the presets until you get more comfortable. It seems to work out better if I don't follow the designer recommendations on how to print the model. My philosophy behind that is because my printer is not set up exactly like theirs and I'm not using the same kind of filament or any other tweaks they may have their printers. Even when I download G codes from printables I load it as the model only print with all the defaults and then go back and fix it if I can figure out what's the issue is, this is the way I started, and it seems it works for me fine and still works for me.
