MK4 MMU3 0.25mm Nozzle

I did run the wizard and I cannot find the profile for MK4 MMU3 with 0.25mmm nozzle, also cannot see the any profile MK4 MMU3 input shaper.

Input shaper do not work with MMU3 ?   Can I use a 0.25mm nozzle with the MMU3, how ?

NB: I need this small nozzle (0.25mm) to print parts with small writing on top.

Suggest you ask support as you have already found there is no obvious way

RE: MK4 MMU3 0.25mm Nozzle

There are no preset profiles for that nozzle no, or input shaper  ones for it.  Given that Input shaping speeds require high throughput of plastic to get those speeds it is not surprising that a 0.25mm nozzle would have problems supplying such.  They are well known for having a very limited volumetric flow.

Prusa only includes profiles for configurations they have tested and that, in their opinion, work well enough to not generate customer support issues.
That is not to say they wont work at all.  It just might not work reliably for many users.  Prusa do not publish reasons WHY they don't support stuff.

You are of course free to create your OWN profiles for anything you like.  Have fun experimenting and testing to see what does and doesn't work.

As for contacting support, I wouldn't bother.  Support do not create profiles and will only be able to tell you the official position, ie that such profiles are not supplied by Prusa.
Their is already a request on the PS github for additional profiles https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/12634 in which prusa dev staff explicitly says that they only officially support the 0.4mm nozzle size. https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/12634#issuecomment-2070643070

However if that will ever be actioned and additional profiles created is unknown.  That Github issue also details how to modify profiles for existing nozzles to work with a 0.25mm nozzle though so you might want to take a read.
