Hotend Thermal Runaway error on only a certain print

Hi community,

I've been having error #13205, Hotend thermal runaway on my MK4 recently but only on a single print I've downloaded from here (Lower Manhatten.stl).  It printed correctly once, with a different type of PLA, but with Prusament, it gets hot around 5 minutes in and the system gives me the fault, then reboots.

I did recently clean around the extruder nozzle, and am worried now that I did something to my thermistor somehow.  I've ordered a replacement just in case.

However, I've been able to print other prints without issue, including the Rocket Engine test print, which executed flawlessly.  Is it possible that a single model could drive the device extra hard and into thermal runaway when a complex model like the Rocket Engine doesn't?  I'm completely new to this, (but not electronics), and in my world I've seen where you might have limit-pushing settings that could do that.  Still, the model I'm trying to print is reasonably simple, and would like some experts to tell me if I just have a bad model or not.

Thanks,

Bob
