Grid Calibration Pokes PEI Sheet

Just set up my MK4. Printing with PLA. Grid calibration sequence keeps poking/??melting the PEI sheet in very consistent spots. This cant be good for my PEI sheet long term... Anyone got similar experiences? I already re-ran the calibration sequence.

I guess you are sure they are holes and not filament blobs? I only use the satin sheet, and it shows no sign of any damage.

On my  factory build MK4 i never saw that on my smooth sheet.  Did you contact the support.

(if i remember correctly, in older FW versions there was a problem with too much force whilst probing)
