Getting Prusa MK4 started - roasining Z axis

Hi,

So far it's not been easy with our new Prusa MK4. Chapter 4 in the Use handbooks suggests you run the SelfTest Wizard after you power it on.

That Wizard never loaded after I powered it on. It went through Calibration tests leaving green check marks after each test.

Then, I was reading on this Prusa forum "... to raise the toollhead off the bed you press & hold the front knob. The printer will beep and you'll be able to adjust Z height. " <snip>

Mine didn't beep. How would one  type in numbers or direct the MK4 toolhead to raise up off the bed? Must you keep pressing the "control" knob used to move from Print to Control to Settings? Or must you hold that knob down to display the Z setting to then raise it?

It was laos noted that ..." you want to go into relative mode (M83) before doing moves. This is very important to avoid moving the nozzle into your print. In relative mode, negative numbers move down, positive numbers move up."

How does one reach the relative mode setting?

Is there a way to check if the Calibration tests created the correct bed leveling?

This initiation to Prusa has been confusing.

Thank you for your insights and help.
