RE: Fix for Rattling/Noisy X-axis Moves
I have, without doubt, determined the cause. I had this problem almost imediately out of the box. The front bearing on the x-axis motor can come without grease or with manufacturing defects and wears out very quickly especially due to the side load of the x-axis belt. I got a replacement x-axis stepper motor from prusa and it has been a dream boat ever since. It is only just now starting to vibrate again.
