Firmware 6.0.0 will not complete install
Using the USB drive that came with the printer, I downloaded the new firmware and put the firmware on the USB drive. I then put the USB drive in the printer and turned it on. It went through the flash and then to the "installing" screen. The progress bar makes it all the way to the end and then nothing. It just stays there.

Ah ok.
never had that problem with the xBuddy board. have you made sure that there is only one .BFF file on the USB pen?
maybe others can help, have you tried Chat?
