Same sequence of events (clogged nozzle into side filament sensor not turning on), same error message ("filament sensor not connected, check wiring."), different printer (Core One).
Mechanism also moves free.

It's not recognizeing sensor contact support through live chat probably faulty sensor

after fixing a clogged hot end nozzle, I now get this following error and cannot turn on the filament sensor. I checked the wiring and everything seems to be ok. I can see the little mechanism move when i put in the filament.

any ideas?
