I’ve bitched about this as well as other things, like filament runout and filament change.  Seems like all we can do is create issues on GitHub and wait.

I feel like I'm missing something.  Is there not a way to Upload & Print from PrusaSlicer using PrusaLink without having to go to the printer and click Print after the upload is complete?  Not that I'm super lazy but I want network prints to start without having to walk down to the printer to confirm every time... 

PrusaSlicer MK4 physical printer is set up with host type: PrusaLink 

Files upload to the printer, display on the screen, sit there waiting for me to go to the printer and push the button to print.

You could ask this question in the Prusa Link forum https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-connect-prusalink/   (located way down at the bottom of the forums list)  At least one of the Dev's does post there from what I've seen.

I don't have a Mk4 (yet) but it's the same behavior on the Mini implementation of PrusaLink. Half of the time, after an upload, it starts printing right away, the other half it shows the print preview and sits there waiting for user input, and if you don't notice you're surprised after a few hours that your print hasn't even started yet. Several tickets on github, but the (unsatisfying) response so far has been, we're unable to reliably reproduce it.

Feels like a race condition to me between the firmware throwing up the preview screen and Prusalink starting a print.
