For uneven sheet corrections, you need to get a picture of the sheet surface. The relative and constant printing head  distance from the sheet is measured either by PINDA, superPINDa or loadcell.  MK4 has only loadcell. Its deactivation would lead to the impossibility to measure this distance and set the Z live.

Nevertheless the MK4 manu does not have the First layer calibration function.
