Blue Screen Occurs While Updating Firmware
I attempted to update the firmware on my MK4 going from 6.1.2 to 6.1.3. The update failed and I received a blue screen. I then attempted to do a factory reset using the old firmware 6.1.2 and still received a blue screen. Printer is now inoperable. Never had this before and cannot find any fix online. I used the method described in the Prusa help article 'How To Update Firmware MK4' article #453086 using the alternate method desired in section 5.1.2 for performing a factory reset. MK4 printer is inoperable - Has anyone experienced this and have a fix?
