5A Fuse "breaking" just after power on

Hello,

I'm facing a problem, and I don´t know wich steps follow to find the issue.

The thing is that from one day to another, an error appear "Hotend preheat error #13202 (MK4)". First I did was change the 5A fuse, and just after switch on, it broke. Second try was by disconnecting the heater hotend cable from the loveBoard, switching again and same result breaking the fuse. Do you know wich steps I need to follow to find where is the issue. I have checked the wiring and looks fine.

Thanks in advance!

I'm guessing that because you are asking here you are not a competent electrician ... so, because this *might* ('though probably not) indicate a dangerous short I suggest you contact Prusa Support; have a couple of fuses ready and, if you have one, a multimeter.

Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Company, click Contact Us and 24/7 live Chat is one of the options. This is the quickest route to Prusa support.

Cheerio,
