5.0.0-alpha2 drags extruder head across build plate
This is a show-stopper and readily reproducible (I've done it 5 times in a row before finding the solution). Something in the firmware 5.0.0-alpha2 using the input shaper profile causes a nasty drag. Files attached:

Reverting to the current release firmware fixes this issue. It's only a problem in the alpha, and it happens in the first layer of the print, after some of the infill is done toward the back of the bed. The printer does a quick y-movement in order to fill out more of the front bottom surface, and scrapes badly during this y-movement. The layer-shift for me was as much as 80mm.
