White Powder
Probably a trivial question:
My MK4 is almost 1 year old and running great. It is used quite often but not continuously. The lower portion of the Heatsink Fan and the Fan Shroud are both now coated with a fine white powder. I never print white filament – usually black PLA or PETG. What is it? Should I clean it off or is it not important?

Fine particles (often due to splutter from damp filament) look white whatever their true colour because you are seeing multiple reflections and refractions from micro-surfaces.
