When you say it happens only in some cases, do you mean that you printed this exact object (using the same file on the printer) without issues a few times?

I've noticed a few instances of layer shift, but in my case they always happened when starting a new layer, not in the middle of printing a layer. That would suggest a software issue rather than a loose belt, too much of a coincidence for the belt to slip exactly on the layer change.

In your case, can you tell if the layer shift happened between layers, or in the middle of one?

Hey guys wanted to ask whats you think is causing this:

original model:

As you can see it looks like the printhead started to print few milimeters further from its original location causing the whole print is shifted from certain layer. This happened multiple times during this print. This happens only in some cases, other prints are fine.

I think this is caused by belt are not tighten enough or something like that. What are other suggestion. What I should do?
