Well gents, I think it's time

I've been quiet and patient the past couple weeks but I've reached the point where I'm asking Prusa if I can send back the MK4.  It's just not worth the trouble.  Yes, the bed leveling is an absolute dream, but I now have dents in all my smooth sheets, I've had probably a dozen filament runouts, and the machine sounds like it's rubbing and rattling itself apart.  Pile that with the lack of making the printer play well with external hosts as well as the poor support I've been getting for the dented sheets (at this point they just keep asking me to do the same things over and over without actually changing anything or taking actions that would help resolve the problem [e.g. actively monitor load cell]) and I just can't justify keeping this thing outside of loyalty to the brand.

Have they not offered to replace your printer? Seems like others had their replaced for a lot less then what you're going through!

No.  They've got me repeating the same "troubleshooting" steps over and over at this point.

RE: MK4 dents the build plate

Yes, yes, yes!  I love my MK4, the prints are amazing. But it definitely dents the build plate during calibration.  My smooth build plate is covered in little dents after about 2 months of use.  What's the fix?
