Visible differences in print at different heights.
Hello beautiful people 🙂
Maybe somebody can help.
I have been trying to solve this puzzle for several weeks now. Today I printed with white PLA Pro, with PrusaSlicer settings: MK4 0.4 nozzle, 0.10mm DETAIL.
The printer was fully assembled. It had not printed more than 100 hours. It stands in a enclosure that I made.
What am I doing wrong or what is the reason for such poor prints. (Filament is not wet / it makes no difference which company's filament I use and always straight from the pack)
1) Red line. Every time, there is a line sticking out around the printouts, at different heights with different printouts with the same settings.
2) Green line. From this point, all lines above are irregular to the level where the holes end (yellow marks).
3) Blue lines. And finally, the bane of every print. Seam! I've tried probably all the settings. Each time it only gets worse.
Here, the lines from point two that pass around the print (yellow lines above).
I am starting to get tired of this printer. It was supposed to print out of the box, in fact all the strips were stretched beyond the norm and the printer sounded like a tank. Ok, I set the voltage to optimum. However, this did not change the quality of the prints, which are really poor even on the 0.1 and 0.05mm settings!
Thank you in advance for any help, advice.

I don't know what to suggest, except for it is probably time to get customer support involved. We pay a premium for these printers, and part of that pays for the support staff.
