Unseemly

I really am confused. Every since I either upgraded the firmware or upgraded PrusaSlicer (not sure which specifically) I've been getting a seem on every print when before I had none:

Is there any way to stop this from happening? It is really ugly and seems pretty unnecessary. I've printed hundreds of objects with my MK4 and it is only just recently that I'm getting this behavior. I'm not seeing the inline image when I post so the image is attached. The left is an print from before the upgrades, the right is a print from today.

Hardware: MK4
Firmware: 6.1.2+7894
PrusaSlicer: 2.9.0

RE: Unseemly

Unless you're printing in vase mode there's always a seam, and it's necessary because the nozzle has to move from one layer to the next. There are different settings for seams. In most cases the seam will be hidden in corners. In your example of rectangular objects, seams are usually well hidden in one of the vertical edges. It's possible that you inadvertently changed the seam settings. You can check where the seams are by clicking the seam icon on the preview screen.

Thanks for the tip on the seem position indicator. I rarely mess with my settings, but now that I know where to look to see this, I'll have to start tinkering to determine what is causing the seems to be more visible sometimes and hidden other times.
