Prusa Connect TLS error

Hello,

my MK4 shows up as "Offline" in Prusa Connect. On the printer in Settings > Network > Prusa Connect, the status is "Error" and the error is "TLS error". I've tried resetting WiFi, reenabling Prusa Connect, and power cycling my router and the printer.  Nothing has worked.

Any suggestion to fix this error?

RE: Prusa Connect TLS error

Upgrading to the latest 6.1.3 firmware for my MK4 solved it for me.

Thanks. I upgraded the firmware and was finally able to 'connect' to Prusaconnect.

Hi Samuel,

The “TLS error” in Prusa Connect usually points to a certificate validation issue, which can happen if:

The date/time on your printer is incorrect (check and sync it if needed).

Your network blocks certain ports (try a mobile hotspot to test).

DNS resolution is failing (manually set a DNS like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1).

The firmware is outdated (make sure you're on the latest stable release).

Sometimes, disabling and re-enabling Prusa Connect after a router reboot helps re-establish a clean handshake.

Let us know if any of that works!

Time, dns, firmware all current. CoreOne dropped from connection with tls error. Mk4s currently is connected on the same network so not firewall blocked I would think. How do you sync time? Dont see an option to but both mk4s and coreone have the same time.
