New M4K owner PLA question

Printing resin for a few yrs.

100% new to FDM. Our M4K is in the way..need PLA for our first prints. We are primarily printing terrain for our miniature games and bases.

Anyone have experience with 3D Printing Canada Standard (house brand) PLA or PLA+ or Polymaker PLA PolyLyte or Poly Pro?

Thanks 🙂

Any tips or advice welcome

I've only been printing for a few weeks (new to both 3D printing and the MK4) - I quickly ordered  a roll of 3D Printing Canada PLA+ White, and it prints beautifully (no discernable difference from the Prusament PLA Jet Black that I bought with the printer).  I think 3DPC is making high-quality filament.  I also bought 4 colours of PETG and PC+ White from them and they all print without issues.  That said, I have yet to experience a bad spool of filament so there's that...

Prusa MK4 since Jan 2024, Printables: @MikeB_1505898

polymaker polylite pla prints fine with the "generic pla" profile in prusa slicer, as long as you don't go to fast (to get over 10 - 13 mm cubed / second try higher temps)
