RE:
Brother, are you *ok*? You're seriously going to wish death on someone for being too positive? Read the room dude, this isn't 4chan or reddit.

RE: I ordered 😀
ooo lead time 2-3 weeks. Those in-stock units went quickly! I hope I made the cut off 🙂 can't wait to see other's impressions of it as well.
I ordered mine 1H after the announcement and it's already been shipped. They're just trying to manage expectations.
RE: I ordered 😀
I have a good news! That estimation was wrong, se more here from Jo directly: https://twitter.com/josefprusa/status/1641433855461818368?s=20
RE:
The incredibly rude and hostile outburst aside, the lead time issue is apparently a bug and they're working on it:

EDIT: Ha, hijacked by 1 minute 😀
RE: I ordered 😀
I ordered ~52 minutes after the announcement. Hoping to get a shipping notification soon as well, in that case! Did you get it via email, or just on the order page? Either way, sounds like good news and just an issue with the ERP... those can be so frustrating.

I ordered before the video even went live and still no tracking. I paid the extra $150 for FedEx International Priority 2 day shipping to US as DHL has been horrid with prior orders from Prusa.
RE: I ordered 😀
Apparently the ETA's aren't working, and people who ordered while in stock are gonna get it in 1-3 days

Me too (ordered just before it went public) and still waiting even with personal pick up instead of shipping.
We must be a little bit of patient. It should be ready to deliver in 1-3 days, if it was in stock on the web during the order.
RE: I ordered 😀
I ordered when the estimate said 4-6 weeks. Hopefully they can get the ETA bug fixed soon. I don't mind waiting, will be excited when it gets here. Until then I will keep printing. 🙂
RE: I ordered 😀
I can only imagine the scramble going on over there now. As we in tech are fond of saying during times of struggle, hug ops to the folks working in the background getting things squared away.

RE: I ordered 😀
I'm in the same boat, I'm just chalking it up to the ERP bugs Joe Prusa was talking about on twitter.
Maybe they'll give us more updates today during the Prusa Live.
I ordered yesterday evening but I don't have a shipping estimate at all in my order summary. It's just not there at all. Hoping it gets updated soon, maybe part of the bug?
RE: I ordered 😀
Hello, I also ordered immediately, paid, and the chat operator told me that I would receive an email within 3 days about picking it up at the company's reception.Later, my order was delayed for 5-6 months. The second chat operator told me that he would contact me by email and after about 22 hours I did not receive a reply. This is not done to customers and I am very disappointed, I paid immediately and I have a confirmation of delivery within three days. I hope that after the video we will get a concrete date with some kind of apology.

we wont get an apology. we never do. we just get service that does not meet our expectations.

we wont get an apology. we never do. we just get crapped on for the company setting an expectation. we get excited. let down. and then we get shit on when we don't like that they dicked us around.
No one is forcing you to do business with them.

Let's just all chill a bit, yeah? It's barely been over 24 hours and from the sounds of it, an incredible amount of orders poured in. Even with all the issues I've gone through with the XL, I think extending Prusa some slack is well within all our means here. I too get frustrated about things, but, letting the next few days at least play out seems prudent, especially since they already identified some issues and are publicly acknowledging them and working through them.
Changed from an XL to a Mk4
I am 80/20 glad I did this. The XL seemed Valhalla, at a cost and was a bit overwhelming. I have been ill and not able to do as much with the Mk3+ to really fully master it. I thought I would drown in the XL. The Mk4 seems to have the advantages of the XL and is familiar. I changed my Mk3+ to use the Revo 6, E3D, because of overflows around the V6 nozzle. I haven’t had an issue since doing so. I see the Nextruder kind of moves in direction of the Revo, so we’ll see. I want to try a hardened steel nozzle and carbon fiber, so we’ll experiment. I like Prusa printers for their reliability once you get everything down properly, they work forever. I am sure this one will as well.
